Order Confirmed
You receive an order confirmation email with your order number, items, and billing details. Save this for warranty reference.
Processing & QC
We pick, pack, and run a quick QC within 1-3 business days. You will not hear from us during this stage unless there is a stock issue.
Tracking Email Sent
Once the carrier scans your package, we email the tracking number and a direct link to the carrier tracking page. Allow up to 24 hours for first scan.
Real-Time Updates
Carrier sends status updates at pickup, transit hubs, customs, and delivery. Sign in to your account for the full tracking history and proof of delivery.
📋Customs, Duties & HS Codes
Import duties and taxes are collected by your local customs authority, not by BEYOND. We declare the actual invoice value and provide the HS code so you can estimate fees in advance.
Who Pays Duties
Import duties, VAT, GST, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and collected at delivery by your local carrier. We do not mark down invoice values or mark items as "gift."
If you need a DDP (delivered duty paid) quote, request it before placing the order — we add the carrier duty fee to the invoice.
