Return Eligibility

  • ✔ Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • ✔ Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • ✔ A valid proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice)

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • ✘ Customized or special-order tools
  • ✘ Used or damaged products (not caused by shipping)
  • ✘ Cutting inserts and tools that show wear

How to Request a Return

  2. Briefly describe the issue and attach photos (if applicable)
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions within 1–2 business days

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
