About BEYOND
BEYOND is the flagship house brand of CNCHome-Beyond (Super Industrial Trading Co., Ltd), launched in 2018 to give CNC machinists a credible alternative to premium OEM tooling. Every BEYOND product is engineered in our Switzerland design office and manufactured in our 12,000 m² facility in Zhuzhou, Hunan — the heartland of Chinese cemented carbide production.
We control every step of the process: powder formulation, pressing, sintering, grinding, edge preparation, and CVD/PVD coating. What is the BEYOND CBN hard turning grade?
BEYOND CCGT CBN inserts (grade code BY-CBN01) are designed for continuous and light-interrupted hard turning of hardened steel in the 58-65 HRC range. Typical applications include bearing races, gear teeth, and hydraulic spools. The CBN content is 65% by weight with a ceramic binder for thermal stability. We recommend dry cutting at 150-200 m/min with depths of cut below 0.3mm. A free grade-application test report is available on request.
