Positive Turning Inserts
CCMT, DCMT, RCMT, TCMT, VCMT-style 7° clearance inserts with a hole for top clamp. Best for small parts, slender shafts, and finishing operations. Available in roughing, semi-finishing, and finishing chipbreakers across the NC and PC grade families.
Negative Turning Inserts
CNMG, WNMG, DNMG, TNMG, VNMG, SNMG-style 0° clearance inserts with strong edge geometry. Best for OD turning, facing, profiling, copy turning, and heavy roughing. The workhorse of KORLOY's turning line.
Threading Inserts
Partial-profile and full-profile threading inserts (16ER / 16IR / 11ER / 11IR series) for metric, UNC, UNF, BSPT, NPT, and trapezoidal threads. Available in both external and internal geometries.
Milling Inserts
APMT, RDMT, RPMT, LNMU-style inserts for face milling, shoulder milling, profile milling, and high-feed milling. Compatible with KORLOY Mill-Mate and Mill-Max tool bodies.
Grooving Inserts
GMM, CMW-style inserts for face grooving, OD grooving, internal grooving, and parting off. Widths from 1.0 mm to 6.0 mm with rigid clamping for chatter-free cuts.
