4. Shipping

We ship internationally via DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • Hong Kong / China / Taiwan: 3–5 business days
  • Southeast Asia / Japan / Korea: 4–7 business days
  • Europe / USA / Australia: 5–10 business days
  • Middle East / Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and do not include customs clearance time. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

For B2B customers purchasing with a VAT number or business license, consumer protection regulations may not apply.
