The BEYOND SCZCR/L boring bar series is designed for high-precision internal turning applications. It features a steel shank (ISO Type S), a secure Screw-On clamping system, and is fully compatible with CCMT indexable inserts. According to ISO coding, the SCZCR/L configuration uses a 93° approach angle (Z) and a 7° positive relief angle (C), ensuring excellent insert stability and low cutting resistance.
This boring bar is suitable for machining steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, cast iron, and is widely used in CNC lathes for stable and efficient internal turning operations.
