For orders over $3,000 USD, we recommend bank wire transfer to avoid card processing fees and to support multi-currency settlement. Funds typically clear in 1-3 business days.

chao@cnchome-beyond.com with your target items and quantity. We send a Proforma Invoice (PI) with our bank details within 24 hours. Your order enters production after funds clear.

Yes. We use 256-bit SSL encryption on every page and PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processors. We never store your full card number on our servers. 3D Secure verification applies where required by your bank.
Do you store my credit card information?
No. Card data is tokenized and processed by certified payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments). We only retain the last 4 digits and brand for receipt display. PCI DSS compliance is the gateway provider's responsibility.
Can I pay via bank wire transfer for B2B orders?
Yes. For orders over $3,000 USD we recommend bank wire transfer in USD, EUR, GBP, or CNY. We send our bank details by email after quote approval. Orders ship once funds clear (typically 1-3 business days for international wires).
Do you accept PayPal for CNC tool orders?
Yes, PayPal is accepted for orders up to $10,000 USD. For larger orders we recommend bank wire to avoid PayPal's commercial transaction limits. PayPal Pay in 4 is available for qualifying buyers in supported countries.
What currencies do you support?
Store prices are in USD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex in any currency supported by your card issuer; conversion uses your bank's wholesale rate plus any foreign transaction fee. Bank wire can be settled in USD, EUR, GBP, or CNY.
Will I receive a tax invoice for my order?
Yes. A PDF invoice is emailed automatically once your order ships. For commercial invoices needed for customs clearance, request the commercial invoice format at checkout or email

What should I do if my payment fails?
First, verify card details, billing address, and 3D Secure OTP. If the issue persists, try an alternate card or PayPal. For bank wire orders we resend updated account details. Contact
