Installation & Usage Tips

  1. Clean the tool holder and contact surfaces before installation.
  2. Align the blade correctly in the holder slot and tighten screws to the recommended torque (4–6 N·m depending on holder size).
  3. Start with light cutting parameters to verify stability, then increase gradually.
  4. Recommended Cutting Parameters:
    • Steel: Vc = 80–150 m/min; ap = 0.2–2.0 mm; f = 0.03–0.25 mm/rev
    • Aluminum: Vc = 200–500 m/min; ap = 0.5–3.0 mm; f = 0.05–0.4 mm/rev
