To request a return, please log in to your customer account and submit a return request from your order details page.

Returns & Refunds Policy 

Thank you for shopping with CNCHOME-BEYOND. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help with a smooth return or exchange process.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • A valid proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice)

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Customized or special-order tools
  • Used or damaged products (not caused by shipping)
  • Cutting inserts and tools that show signs of wear
  • Sale items or gift cards

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at chao@cnchome-beyond.com with your order number
  2. Briefly describe the issue and attach photos (if applicable)
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions within 1–2 business days

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

EU Consumer Rights – 30-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Return conditions:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned goods

Exceptions – The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Orders placed by businesses or B2B customers (purchasing with a business license or VAT number)
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Cutting tools or inserts that have been opened, used, or installed
