VP15TF Grade (Miracle PVD): The industry's most versatile PVD coating. The proprietary Miracle Coating (TiAlN-based) is applied to a micro-grain carbide substrate, offering an elite balance of toughness and wear resistance. It is specifically designed to prevent Built-Up Edge (BUE) when machining gummy materials like 304/316 Stainless Steel.
FV Chipbreaker (Ultra-Fine Control): The FV designation is Mitsubishi’s sharpest finishing geometry. It is optimized for Very Light Finishing passes. Where standard inserts might rub or push the material, the FV geometry slices through, ensuring chips break cleanly even at microscopic depths of cut.
