US735 Grade (High-Toughness PVD): Optimized for Stainless Steel (ISO M) and Nickel-based Alloys (ISO S). The PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating is designed for high lubricity to prevent "built-up edge" (BUE) — a common failure in gummy stainless steels. The substrate is exceptionally tough, absorbing the vibrations of semi-roughing without cracking.
0.8mm Radius (The Productivity Edge): The 08 radius (1/32") provides maximum edge security. It allows for a higher feed per revolution (fn), which is critical in stainless steel to get under the work-hardened surface layer and maintain a stable cut.
