VP15TF Grade (Miracle PVD Coating): This is Mitsubishi’s premier Universal Grade. Engineered with an Al-Ti-Cr-N based PVD coating, it provides an exceptional thermal barrier and high adhesion strength. This prevents the coating from peeling even under high-heat conditions in Stainless Steel (ISO M) or Hardened Steels (ISO P).
0.2mm Precision Radius (Low-Pressure Geometry): The 02 radius is a specialized tool for precision finishing. It creates extremely low radial cutting forces, which is the "secret weapon" for machining long, slender parts or performing deep internal boring where vibration (chatter) is a constant threat.
