MC6015 Grade (The High-Speed CVD): Engineered for high-speed continuous turning of steel. This grade features a specialized Nano-Texture Technology CVD coating that enhances crystal grain alignment. LP Chipbreaker (Light-cut Precision): The LP geometry is Mitsubishi's premier choice for Finishing. It is designed to control chips at very shallow depths of cut. The sharp cutting edge and specialized rake angle reduce cutting forces, which prevents vibration and ensures a superior surface finish on slender or long workpieces.
0.4mm Precision Radius: The 04 (1/64") radius provides high-resolution surface finishes. It is the "gold standard" for finishing passes where dimensional accuracy is the top priority.
