VP15TF Grade (Miracle PVD Coating): This is Mitsubishi’s premier Universal Grade. It is designed to perform across ISO P (Steel), ISO M (Stainless), ISO K (Cast Iron), and ISO S (Super Alloys). The Miracle coating is an Al-Ti-Cr-N based PVD coating that offers exceptional adhesion to the carbide substrate, preventing peeling and providing a smooth surface that resists chip welding.
0.8mm Productivity Radius: The 08 radius (1/32") is engineered for High-Feed Semi-Roughing to Finishing. It provides a robust cutting edge that can handle significantly higher chip loads than the 04 radius. This results in faster cycle times, better heat dissipation at the tip, and superior tool life in unstable setups or interrupted cuts.
