VP15TF Grade (Miracle PVD Technology): Mitsubishi's most versatile grade. It features an Al-Ti-Cr-N based Miracle Coating that provides industry-leading thermal stability. It is the go-to solution for ISO P (Steel), ISO M (Stainless), and ISO K (Cast Iron). The coating’s extreme adhesion prevents micro-chipping and edge peeling, even during interrupted cuts or dry machining.
0.8mm Radius (High-Efficiency Geometry): The 08 (1/32") radius is designed for maximum metal removal rates (MRR). The larger radius provides a much stronger tip than finishing versions, allowing for aggressive feed rates (fn). This geometry effectively dissipates heat away from the cutting point, extending tool life during heavy semi-finishing of large alloy workpieces.
