VP15TF Grade (Miracle PVD Coating): The VP15TF is Mitsubishi’s world-renowned PVD-coated carbide. Engineered with the "Miracle" coating (Al-Ti-N), it provides a perfect balance of toughness and hardness. It is specifically effective at preventing Built-Up Edge (BUE) when machining gummy materials like 304/316 stainless steel and maintains sharp edges in heat-resistant super alloys.
MV Chipbreaker (Micro-V Precision): The MV geometry is a master of light-duty finishing. Its sharp rake angle slices through material with minimal cutting force, ensuring that heat is carried away by the chip rather than the workpiece. It is designed to provide excellent chip breaking even at extremely shallow depths of cut.
0.2mm Radius (Universal Precision): The sharp "02" (1/128") nose radius is critical for reducing radial cutting pressure. This makes it the ideal selection for machining long, slender shafts or components with thin walls where vibration (chatter) is a constant risk.
