This grade is the first choice for interrupted cuts (cross-holes, keyways) where high toughness is non-negotiable.
MV Chipbreaker (Medium-V): The MV geometry is a versatile chipbreaker that excels in semi-finishing applications. It features a specialized rake angle that reduces cutting forces to prevent work-hardening of the stainless surface, while effectively breaking long, stringy chips into manageable "6-shapes."
0.4mm Radius (The Universal Standard): The "04" (1/64") nose radius offers the perfect balance. It provides enough edge strength to handle semi-roughing while remaining sharp enough to achieve high-quality surface finishes on final passes.
