UE6110 Grade (High-Temp CVD Coating): The UE6110 is Mitsubishi’s premier CVD-coated grade for high-speed continuous turning. It features a specialized thick-film Al2O3 layer that provides exceptional thermal protection. This allows the insert to operate at significantly higher cutting speeds (Vc) than general-purpose grades without suffering from plastic deformation or crater wear in Carbon and Alloy Steels.

MA Chipbreaker (Medium Cut Precision): The MA geometry is the industry standard for medium turning.
