The Mitsubishi APMT1135PDER-H3 F7030 is the "Final Boss" of the APX3000 series. When standard inserts chip or fail due to extreme interruptions or abrasive casting skins, the H3 geometry provides the mechanical strength needed to stay in the cut. The F7030 PVD-coated grade offers a highly ductile substrate that absorbs vibration and prevents thermal cracking in Steel, Stainless Steel, and Ductile Iron.

The "H3" Rule: Only use this geometry when you are breaking standard inserts. Because of the heavy edge land, it creates higher cutting pressure. You need a high-rigidity setup and high torque spindle.
Grade Tip: If the tool is wearing out too fast on the flank but not chipping, you can try VP15TF. However, for 90% of H3 applications, the F7030 is the correct choice to ensure the tool doesn't snap under impact.
