The Mitsubishi APMT1135PDER-H6 F7030 is the "Final Boss" of the APX3000 series. When standard inserts chip or fail due to severe interruptions or abrasive casting skins, the H6 geometry provides the mechanical strength needed to stay in the cut. The F7030 PVD-coated grade offers a highly ductile substrate that absorbs vibration and prevents thermal cracking in Steel, Stainless Steel, and Ductile Iron.

The "H6" Threshold: Only use this geometry when H1-H4 breakers are still failing. Because of the extreme edge land, it creates higher cutting pressure. Ensure your machine has high torque and a rigid setup.
Grade Tip: F7030 is the tough-choice grade. If you have a stable setup but need better thermal resistance in high-speed steel roughing, you may test VP15TF, but for most "ugly" jobs, F7030 is the industry standard for H6.
