NX2525 Grade (TiCN Cermet): This is a Titanium Carbonitride-based cermet that bridges the gap between ceramics and carbide. NX2525 provides exceptional chemical stability and resistance to "welding" (built-up edge). It is specifically engineered for high-speed finishing where maintaining a mirror-like surface finish and precise dimensional tolerance is the top priority.
L-F Chipbreaker (Left-Hand Finishing): A precision-ground geometry with a sharp cutting edge and a specialized rake angle. The L-F design is optimized for ultra-thin chip control in Swiss-style lathes. It excels at clearing chips in small-bore applications, preventing scratches on the workpiece surface.
