It excels in resisting built-up edge (BUE) in gummy materials and provides superior impact resistance for interrupted cuts or unstable setups common in micro-boring.
L-F Chipbreaker (Left-Hand Finishing): The "F" series is a precision-ground, sharp-edged geometry designed for Ultra-Light Finishing. The 0.2mm corner radius is specifically designed for surgical accuracy in tight corners. It ensures excellent chip breaking at extremely low feed rates, preventing surface damage from chip wrap-around.

NX2525 (Cermet): Only switch to cermet for Continuous Finishing in steel to achieve a mirror finish. Cermet will fail if used in gummy alloys or interrupted cuts where VP15TF thrives.
