Technical Breakdown
NX2525 Grade (TiCN Cermet): This Titanium Carbonitride-based cermet is designed for high-speed finishing. Unlike standard carbide, the NX2525 cermet has a very low chemical affinity for steel, which prevents Built-Up Edge (BUE). This allows for significantly higher cutting speeds and results in a glossy, mirror-like surface finish.
