NX2525 Grade (TiCN Cermet): NX2525 is a non-coated Titanium Carbonitride cermet that represents the peak of Surface Finish Technology. Cermets are chemically inert to steel, meaning they do not allow "welding" of the chip to the tool. This grade allows you to maintain a mirror finish while running at surface speeds 20-40% higher than conventional carbide.
0.8mm Radius (The Productivity Edge): The larger 0.8mm (1/32") radius makes the cutting edge significantly more robust. It allows for a wider wiping effect, meaning you can increase your feed rate (mm/rev) while maintaining a surface roughness equivalent to a smaller radius insert at half the speed.

PVD Carbide (VP15TF): Use only if you are cutting Stainless Steel or have Heavy Interrupted Cuts. Cermet is more brittle; for roughing or vibration-heavy setups, carbide is the safer bet.
