UE6020 Grade (CVD Coated Carbide): This grade is engineered for **General Steel Machining (ISO P20-P35)**. It utilizes a thick multi-layer coating (TiCN + Al2O3 + TiN). The Aluminum Oxide (Al2O3) layer provides excellent heat resistance, protecting the carbide substrate from crater wear during continuous high-speed turning.
0.2mm Corner Radius (RE): The ultra-sharp 0.2mm radius is designed to reduce radial cutting forces. This is critical for Internal Boring on small diameters or when machining thin-walled parts, as it significantly reduces vibration (chatter) and dimensional drift.
