HTI10 Grade (Uncoated Precision): Specifically engineered for ISO N (Non-Ferrous Metals). HTI10 is a sub-micron tungsten carbide grade. By remaining uncoated, this insert maintains a significantly sharper cutting edge than PVD/CVD counterparts. This sharpness is critical for preventing material from welding to the tip (Built-Up Edge) when machining soft Aluminum, Copper, or thermoplastics.

0.4mm Radius & Positive Geometry: The 04 (1/64") radius is the precision standard for finishing. Combined with a high positive rake angle, it reduces cutting resistance and heat, allowing for exceptionally high surface speeds and a mirror-like finish on non-ferrous workpieces.
