UE6020 Grade (CVD Coated Carbide): Engineered specifically for General Steel Machining (ISO P20-P35). This grade features a robust multi-layer CVD coating (TiCN + Al2O3 + TiN). The thick Aluminum Oxide (Al2O3) layer acts as a thermal shield, preventing heat from penetrating the carbide substrate, which drastically reduces crater wear and edge deformation during high-speed continuous cuts.
80° Positive Rhombic Geometry: The CCMT shape features a 7° positive relief angle, significantly reducing cutting resistance and heat generation. The 0.4mm (1/64") radius provides the perfect balance: it is strong enough to resist chipping during semi-roughing while maintaining the precision required for high-quality finishing passes.

UE6020 (CVD Carbide): This is your Steel Performance grade. It offers much higher wear resistance in continuous steel turning than PVD grades.
VP15TF (PVD Carbide): Use this if you are machining Stainless Steel or have Heavy Interruptions. It is tougher and more resistant to edge chipping but will wear faster in high-speed steel turning compared to UE6020.
