US735 Grade (PVD Toughness): Engineered specifically for ISO M (Stainless Steel). The PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating is thinner and smoother than CVD, providing the sharp edge necessary to slice through gummy materials like 304 and 316 stainless without causing work-hardening. Its substrate is exceptionally resistant to thermal cracking and notch wear.
0.4mm All-Rounder Radius: The 04 radius (1/64") is the gold standard for finishing. It minimizes radial cutting forces to prevent vibration (chatter) in boring bars while remaining robust enough to handle the varying depths of cut in semi-finishing operations.
