UE6020 Grade (CVD Coated Carbide): This grade is the industry standard for Steel Turning (ISO P20-P35). It features a triple-layer coating (TiCN+Al2O3+TiN) that provides extreme heat resistance. The Aluminum Oxide (Al2O3) layer acts as a thermal barrier, allowing for high cutting speeds without the edge softening seen in PVD grades.
0.8mm Radius (Productivity Edge): The larger corner radius provides a more robust cutting edge, reducing the risk of chipping under high loads. This geometry allows you to increase the feed rate (mm/rev), effectively reducing cycle times while maintaining excellent surface integrity on structural and alloy steels.
