UE6110 Grade (High-Speed CVD): This is a premium ISO P10 Grade carbide. It features a specialized multi-layer CVD coating (TiCN + Al2O3 + TiN) with a high-density Aluminum Oxide layer that serves as an extreme thermal barrier. UE6110 is engineered for Continuous Cutting at surface speeds much higher than standard P25 grades, resisting plastic deformation and flank wear in high-volume production.
0.8mm Productivity Radius: The 08 radius (1/32") is designed for high-efficiency semi-finishing. It provides a robust cutting edge that handles higher feed per revolution (fn), effectively reducing cycle times while producing a high-quality surface finish on large-diameter carbon and alloy steels.
