UTI20T Grade (Sub-Micron Mastery): UTI20T is an uncoated carbide grade specifically optimized for general-purpose mechanical toughness. By avoiding the coating process, the carbide maintains its original grain structure integrity at the edge. This makes it immune to "coating peel" and highly resistant to thermal cracking during interrupted cuts on steel, stainless steel, and cast iron.
0.8mm Radius (Productivity Edge): The 08 (1/32") radius is built for Semi-Roughing and High-Feed Turning. It offers a much higher degree of edge security than smaller radii, allowing the insert to withstand the high pressures of deep cuts and the abrasiveness of raw stock.
