UC5115 Grade (The CVD Shield): Specifically optimized for ISO K (Cast Iron) production. The thick-layer CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) technology utilizes a Black Super Coating top layer. This provides extreme hardness to resist the abrasive "sand-paper" effect of gray iron and the heat generated during dry cutting.
1.2mm Corner Radius (Maximum Security): The 12 (3/64") radius is built for Roughing and Heavy Semi-Finishing. It offers the thickest cross-section at the cutting tip, allowing the tool to plunge into rough casting surfaces and scale without breaking. It also allows for significantly higher feed rates (fn) while maintaining edge integrity.
