US735 Grade (The Impact King): The US735 is Mitsubishi's legendary CVD grade for M-Class (Stainless Steel). It is formulated with a specialized substrate that prioritizes fracture toughness over pure hardness. This makes it the only choice for "problem" jobs involving heavy interruptions, scale-covered castings, or machines with less-than-perfect rigidity.
GH Chipbreaker (Structural Strength): The GH geometry is designed for high-load environments. Unlike finishing breakers that have sharp, fragile tips, the GH features a reinforced land (T-land). This increases the strength of the cutting edge, allowing it to plow through work-hardened layers without chipping.
0.8mm (1/32") Universal Radius: The 0.8mm radius is the industry standard for general-purpose roughing, offering a high safety factor against tip breakage while still providing manageable cutting forces.
