MC6025 Grade (Nano-Texture CVD Technology): The MC6025 is Mitsubishi's next-generation grade for P-Class (Steel). It features a highly oriented crystal structure within the Alumina coating. This "Nano-Texture" provides twice the resistance to crater wear compared to traditional CVD grades while maintaining high fracture toughness, making it reliable for both continuous and light interrupted cuts.
MA Chipbreaker (Versatility Redefined): The MA geometry is a medium-cut specialist. It is designed to minimize cutting resistance while maintaining a strong edge. It provides excellent chip control across a broad range of feed rates, effectively breaking chips in everything from soft mild steels to tough alloy steels.
0.8mm (1/32") Industry Standard Radius: The 08 radius is the most popular choice for a reason. It offers the ideal trade-off: a strong enough corner to handle medium roughing and surface scale, and a fine enough point to leave a high-quality surface finish.
