MA Chipbreaker (Medium Cut Precision): The MA geometry is a versatile medium-range chipbreaker. It features a unique land and groove design that ensures excellent chip control across a wide range of feed rates. It effectively breaks chips in soft steels that typically cause "stringing" issues.
0.8mm (1/32") Industry Standard Radius: The 08 radius is selected for its high edge security. It is strong enough for light roughing through surface scale while maintaining the ability to produce a high-quality (Ra) surface finish in semi-finishing operations.
