VP10RT Grade (The Miracle PVD): The VP10RT grade features Mitsubishi’s proprietary "Miracle" PVD coating. Unlike CVD coatings, this PVD layer is extremely smooth and thin, maintaining a sharp cutting edge while providing incredible heat resistance. It is specifically formulated to prevent "Built-up Edge" (BUE) and notch wear in Stainless Steel (M-class) and Super Alloys (S-class).
MJ Chipbreaker (Medium Cutting Stability): The MJ geometry is optimized for medium-duty cutting. It strikes a perfect balance between sharpness (to prevent work-hardening) and edge strength. The MJ breaker ensures consistent chip evacuation even in "gummy" materials like austenitic stainless steel, making it ideal for the most demanding CNC cycles.
0.8mm (1/32") Industry Standard Radius: The 0.8mm radius provides high thermal stability and edge robustness, making it suitable for a wide range of medium roughing and semi-finishing applications.
