It features a specialized Nano-texture CVD coating that provides extreme resistance to crater wear and plastic deformation. This allows for significantly higher cutting speeds ($V_c$) compared to general-purpose grades, effectively shortening production cycles in carbon and alloy steels.
MP Chipbreaker (Medium-Positive Geometry): The MP chipbreaker is designed for the modern CNC shop. It utilizes a variable-angled land that ensures stable chip breaking even as the feed rate changes. Its "positive" rake design reduces cutting forces and heat generation, which is critical when running at the elevated speeds that the MC6015 grade is capable of handling.
0.8mm (1/32") Performance Radius: The 08 radius provides the ideal balance between surface finish quality and edge strength. It is the global standard for medium-roughing to semi-finishing operations in mass production environments.
