This grade is specifically engineered to handle the "unpredictable" — surviving light interrupted cuts while maintaining high speeds in continuous turning.
MP Chipbreaker (Medium-Positive Geometry): The MP breaker is designed for the modern CNC environment. It features a unique wave-profile land that maintains constant chip control even when the feed rate or depth of cut fluctuates. Its "Positive" rake design reduces cutting resistance, lowering spindle load and extending tool life.
0.8mm (1/32") All-Purpose Radius: The 08 radius is the industry standard for medium turning. It provides a robust cutting edge that resists chipping while delivering the surface finish quality ($Ra$) required for most industrial semi-roughing and finishing specifications.
