VP10RT Grade (Thermal Shield): The VP10RT is an advanced Miracle PVD grade engineered for S-Class (Superalloys) and M-Class (Stainless Steel). It utilizes a high-aluminum content PVD coating that forms a protective oxide layer at extreme temperatures. This prevents crater wear when machining materials with poor thermal conductivity, such as Titanium and Inconel.
MS Chipbreaker (The Precision Slicer): The MS geometry features a large rake angle that provides an exceptionally sharp cutting edge. This is crucial for "shearing" gummy alloys rather than "pushing" them, which drastically reduces the risk of work hardening and built-up edge (BUE).
0.8mm (1/32") Balanced Radius: The 0.8mm radius is the universal standard for versatility, offering excellent tip strength for semi-roughing while maintaining the sharpness required for a high-quality industrial finish.
