UE6020 Grade (The Tough CVD Armor): The UE6020 is Mitsubishi's premium CVD-coated grade for P-Class (Steel). It is designed for reliability in unstable conditions. GH Chipbreaker (Heavy-Duty Geometry): The GH chipbreaker is designed for high-feed roughing. It features a robust, negative rake "T-land" at the cutting edge. This reinforcement allows the insert to withstand massive cutting forces while ensuring that chips are broken into small, safe "6-shapes," even when taking deep cuts ($A_p$).
1.2mm (3/64") Edge Radius: The 12-radius is the powerhouse of the CNMG line. It provides significant edge strength, allowing you to push the feed rate ($f_n$) significantly higher than a 0.8mm radius, resulting in shorter cycle times and increased tool life in roughing.
