UE6020 Grade (Advanced CVD Multi-Layer): The UE6020 is a specialized CVD-coated grade optimized for P-Class (Steel) materials. It features a thick, heat-resistant Alumina layer that acts as a shield against crater wear. This grade is legendary for maintaining cutting edge integrity during long, high-temperature roughing passes in Carbon Steel and Alloy Steel.
MA Chipbreaker (Medium-Heavy Duty): The MA geometry is designed to handle a wide range of cutting depths. On this 12-radius insert, the MA chipbreaker provides enough clearance to prevent chip packing during heavy cuts while remaining sharp enough to reduce the radial forces that cause deflection.
