UE6110 Grade (High-Temperature CVD): The UE6110 is Mitsubishi’s premium hard-coated grade for P-Class (Steel). The thickened Al2O3 layer provides an elite thermal barrier, protecting the carbide substrate from the extreme heat generated during high-speed roughing of carbon and alloy steels.
MA Chipbreaker (Medium-Heavy Range): The MA geometry is a robust general-purpose design. On this 12-radius platform, it excels at controlling thick, heavy chips. Its reinforced land area prevents the edge from "cratering" under the high pressure of aggressive metal removal, while the rake angle is optimized to keep cutting forces manageable.
1.2mm (3/64") Radius Edge: The large corner radius is built for Impact and Heat Dissipation. It allows for a higher feed rate per revolution and provides significantly more edge strength than a standard 0.8mm radius, making it perfect for roughing through scale or uneven surfaces at high speed.
