UE6020 Grade (CVD Coating Mastery): The UE6020 is a specialized CVD-coated grade optimized for P-Class (Steel). It features a multi-layer structure of TiCN and Alumina (Al2O3) that provides a superior thermal barrier. This prevents the cutting edge from softening during the high-heat generation associated with deep depths of cut in carbon and alloy steels.

MA Chipbreaker (Heavy-Medium Versatility): The MA geometry is Mitsubishi's legendary general-purpose chipbreaker. On this 1.6mm radius platform, it is optimized to direct chips away from the workpiece at high volumes, preventing chip re-cutting and surface damage even when the feed rate is significantly increased.

1.6mm (1/16") Reinforced Radius: This is the strongest corner radius available for the 1204 series. It is purpose-built to survive heavy interruptions and high-vibration environments.
