UC5115 Grade (The Wear Specialist): The UC5115 is a specialized CVD-coated grade designed specifically for K-Class (Cast Iron). Cast iron is inherently abrasive, which rapidly dulls standard inserts. UC5115 features a thick, heat-resistant alumina ($Al_2O_3$) layer that maintains edge hardness even at high cutting temperatures, allowing for significantly higher cutting speeds and extended tool life.
GH Chipbreaker (Heavy Roughing Power): The GH geometry is Mitsubishi's strongest chipbreaker for CNMG inserts. It features a wide, reinforced land and a negative rake angle at the very edge to resist crater wear and mechanical shock. This is the "beast mode" geometry for removing massive amounts of material from rough castings.
1.6mm (1/16") Reinforced Radius: The large 16-radius is built for maximum feed rates and edge durability. It effectively dissipates heat and spreads the cutting pressure across a wider area, preventing the catastrophic tip failure common when roughing uneven casting surfaces.
