US735 Grade (Maximum Impact Strength): The US735 is Mitsubishi’s specialized PVD grade for Stainless Steel (M-Class) and Heat Resistant Alloys (S-Class). In large-scale roughing, thermal shock and mechanical impact are constant. The US735 substrate is exceptionally resilient, preventing the propagation of cracks even during heavy interrupted cuts in work-hardening materials like 316 stainless or Duplex alloys.

MA Chipbreaker (Power & Control): The MA geometry is the industry standard for medium-heavy turning. On this 19mm platform, the MA chipbreaker is tuned to manage large volumes of chips, preventing them from clogging the machine or damaging the workpiece, while maintaining a sharp enough edge to keep cutting temperatures lower.

1.6mm (1/16") Roughing Radius: The 16 radius is built for **Maximum Edge Security**. It allows for very high feed rates and provides incredible strength against the "notching" effect common in stainless steel roughing. It is the preferred choice for roughing large shafts, forgings, and heavy plate components.
