VP15TF Grade (Miracle PVD Shield): The VP15TF grade uses a specialized PVD Aluminum Titanium Nitride (AlTiN) coating. Unlike CVD coatings which are thick, PVD is applied in a thin, uniform layer that maintains the razor sharpness of the 0.2mm radius. This grade is "universal," performing exceptionally well across Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, and Stainless Steel (300/400 series).
FV Chipbreaker (Fine-Cut Geometry): The FV geometry is Mitsubishi's most delicate 11-degree positive breaker. It is specifically designed for depths of cut as low as 0.05mm. The FV design prevents "chip bird-nesting" at ultra-low feed rates, ensuring your workpiece surface remains scratch-free and your CNC lights stay green.
0.2mm (0.0078") Micro-Radius: The 02 radius is used when a 0.4mm (04) is simply too large. It allows for machining incredibly small internal corners and minimizes the "radial push" on thin, long parts, virtually eliminating chatter and dimensional tapering.
