UE6020 Grade (CVD Toughness): The UE6020 is a classic, high-reliability CVD grade designed for P-Class (Steel). MV Chipbreaker (The Problem Solver): The MV geometry is a Medium-cut chipbreaker designed specifically for positive inserts. It excels in chip evacuation across a broad range of depths. In steel turning, it prevents the formation of long, continuous chips that can wrap around the workpiece or the chuck, ensuring a safer and cleaner production environment.
