US735 Grade (The Stainless Guardian): The US735 is a premium CVD-coated grade designed specifically for M-Class (Stainless Steel). While many finishing grades are brittle, US735 is engineered for "Impact Toughness." It resists thermal cracking and edge chipping when finishing stainless steel parts with interrupted cuts or raw surface scale, ensuring high reliability.
SV Chipbreaker (Super-Finishing Sharpness): The SV geometry is a light-cutting (small-cut) breaker. Its sharper edge reduces cutting forces significantly compared to the MV series. This is critical when finishing thin-walled tubes or small-diameter bores where tool pressure causes vibration or dimensional inaccuracy.
0.4mm (1/64") Precision Radius: The 04 radius provides the ultimate surface finish and allows the tool to track tight profiles. It generates the lowest radial pressure, making it the perfect partner for slender boring bars.

Pro-Tip: SV vs. MV Chipbreaker
SV (Small-cut): Use this when your depth of cut is very shallow (under 1.0mm). It is much better at breaking chips at low feed rates.
MV (Medium-cut): Switch to the MV chipbreaker for general semi-roughing or when the depth of cut exceeds 1.5mm to ensure better chip evacuation.
