UE6020 Grade (Titanium-Reinforced CVD): The UE6020 is Mitsubishi's veteran grade for P-Class (Steel) machining. This makes it the premier choice for "rough-to-finish" operations on small lathes where rigidity might be limited.
MV Chipbreaker (Wide-Range Chip Control): The MV geometry features a specialized 11-degree positive rake. It is specifically designed to handle "voluminous chips" in carbon steel. By aggressively curling the chip, it ensures that even at higher feed rates, the waste material breaks away from the tool quickly, protecting the newly machined surface.
0.8mm (1/32") Robust Radius: The 08 radius is the strength-focused choice. It provides a larger surface area at the tip to dissipate heat and withstand the vibration common in internal boring or long-reach external turning.
