US735 Grade (The Impact Expert): The US735 is Mitsubishi's toughest CVD grade for M-Class (Stainless Steel). It is specifically formulated to prevent edge chipping when machining through bolt holes, keyways, or raw casting surfaces. The specialized coating structure absorbs mechanical shock and provides superior thermal crack resistance, making it much more reliable than standard grades for heavy-duty stainless tasks.
MV Chipbreaker (Precision Medium Cut): The MV geometry is a versatile 11-degree positive design. It is engineered to slice through gummy materials like 316 stainless without causing work hardening. The MV breaker forces chip breakage across a wide range of feed rates, protecting your workpiece finish and preventing "nesting" in your CNC machine.
0.4mm (1/64") Radius: The 04 radius provides the perfect balance between edge strength and low cutting resistance. It is the ideal choice for finishing operations and small-diameter internal boring where minimizing radial pressure is critical to prevent chatter.
